"I've worked for two decades to end cannabis prohibition.
Cannabis businesses must provide the marketplace with responsible communications to reduce regulatory scrutiny and civil litigation. Without it, our gains could be lost."

Darrell arrested at the U.S. Department of Justice in 2002 for protesting the closure of California medical cannabis dispensaries.
Darrell has trained dietary and herbal supplement companies, natural products retailers and thousands of wellness practitioners how to effectively market their products and services while avoiding unnecessary risk and being mindful of the complex regulatory environment they are in.
Darrell is a New Jersey native who began his career in Washington, D.C. over 20 years ago and has worked on Capitol Hill and for several notable nonprofit organizations and political campaigns. More recently his work has been dedicated to protecting and promoting complementary and alternative healthcare access. Darrell received a B.A. in History from William Paterson University and an M.A. in American Government from The Catholic University of America. He is also a Health Coach, having completed his training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
The communication strategies and specific practices Darrell developed helped grow leading natural products businesses while reducing their regulatory liability and risk of civil litigation. His cannabis reform efforts include leading Students for Sensible Drug Policy and an advisor to the Marijuana Policy Project's FDA Working Group.
